Sales Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at S&L Properties ltd. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain sales records and inventory levels
  • Assist with merchandise display and preparation for purchase or rental
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Willing to relocate to a rural area
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

The Sales Clerk will work in a rural area with limited public transportation options. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
