Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at West Coast General Hospital in Port Alberni.
About the Role:
As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 24-hour emergency department. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Full licensure with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of BC
- Current ACLS, ATLS, and PAL certifications
- Emergency Medicine experience
