Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Agent to join our team. As a Quality Agent, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our store, working closely with the store team to deliver a great client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Quality Tasks
  • Maintain and execute quality cleaning timelines to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Complete daily tasks and checklists to ensure all areas of the store meet our high standards.
  • Organize stock, supplies, testers, and samples to ensure efficient inventory management.

Store Visual Pride
  • Maintain Sephora's visual and merchandising standards at all times, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within assigned zones, including backstage areas.
  • Assist in maintaining standards of safety and cleanliness of backstage areas, including stock rooms, lockers, kitchens, and bathrooms.
  • Assist in the maintenance of store animation and events to create an engaging client experience.
  • Replenish product quantities on the sales floor, adhering to Loss Prevention Standards.

Requirements
  • Experience in the retail or service industry, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the store team.
  • A flexible work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
