**About the Team**

We are a dynamic and fast-growing team working in an international organization. Our team is responsible for accurately managing stock availability at MH Maison's level and ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the demand and supply planning process for Estates & Wines and Other Spirits (Belvedere, Malts, Volcan, and Woodinville).

- Collaborate with commercial teams to review depletions forecasts and improve sales forecast accuracy.

- Analyze inventory levels (DOI) for each Province and Brand/SKU and refine demand planning methodology for Estates & Wines by product, month, and province.

- Streamline communication with stakeholders concerning High Value products and manage commitments, allocations, and risks associated with these products.

- Provide regular updates to FP&A team on shipment estimates for reporting the Management Monthly Forecast to MH.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations

- 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

- Fluency in English and French

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of Wine & Spirits Business is an asset

- Business systems knowledge and understanding is an asset (SAP APO, XRM, Power BI)
