Job Title: Associate Systems EngineerWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Systems Engineer to join our team. As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the service delivery functions related to the setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft OneDrive/Sharepoint solutions for our valued enterprise and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Engineers on Sharepoint projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training.
- Work closely with co-workers, end-users, and vendor representatives on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Sharepoint/OneDrive, in accordance with contract SLAs.
- Mentor and develop Technicians on the team, providing guidance on their technical skills and competence.
- Be a role model for our values of personal growth, customer passion, taking care of others, and owning the end result.
- Work in a highly visible customer-facing role, using your technology expertise to support a detailed, actionable Statement of Work with our architects, engineers, and project managers.

- A problem solver with the capability to uncover and address the root cause of an issue.
- A proactive work ethic that puts responsiveness to customers first.
- Passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving great CX.
- Computer Science/Information Technology degree or diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
- Training and/or certificates in M365 Fundamentals, M365 Identity and Access Administrator Associate, and MS Teams Administrator Associate.
