Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Foxwood Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring our motel is well-stocked and ready to meet the needs of our guests.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
