Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Floor Concepts Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Meet sales targets, achieving individual and team goals.
  • Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including displaying products and maintaining store displays.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend, crouch, or kneel as needed.
