Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain equipment on well sites and facilities, including gas compression and dehydration units.
  • Monitor and control the flow of oil and gas, ensuring optimal production levels.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an oil and gas field operator.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and safety tickets (First Aid, H2S Alive).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
