Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Genesis A.P. Inc. The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespersons, load and transport construction materials, and perform various tasks related to construction site maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets, adhering to quality standards
  • Assist skilled tradespersons, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, in completing tasks
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions

The Construction Labourer will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, warehouses, and offices. The position requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
