- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of all staff members to ensure that the store is running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, excellent written communication, ability to multitask
