- Prepare and present reports, research papers, and other materials to stakeholders.
- Conduct surveys and analyze data to assess the needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote small business growth and development.
- Provide training and capacity-building programs for small business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development programs and services.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work 35-40 hours per week.
