Train and Develop StaffProvide training and coaching to kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, maintaining accurate records and providing insights for business improvement.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff, ensuring that adequate coverage is maintained during peak periods.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
