About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Browns Crafthouse Vic West. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory and records.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
