Job Title: Microsoft Platform Administrator

GJK Facility Services is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Platform Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the comprehensive administration and management of all Microsoft platforms within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components such as networks, servers, storage, and data centers.
  • Ensure availability and performance of all Microsoft platforms.
  • Manage and configure Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and other Defender solutions to protect against threats.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents using Microsoft Defender XDR (Extended Detection and Response).
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange servers and services.
  • Ensure reliable email delivery, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, and services.
  • Ensure optimal configuration and usage of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Oversee the administration of OneDrive.
  • Implement policies for data retention, sharing, and compliance.
  • Manage SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and document management through proper configuration and user training.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams, including team creation, user management, and integration with other Microsoft services.
  • Manage the Security and Compliance for all Microsoft platforms.
Power Platform:
  • Administer Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Set up data loss prevention policies and manage user access, capacity, and licensing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in managing Microsoft platforms and services.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Exchange, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with occasional on-call responsibilities.
  • May require travel to different company locations.
