Join Michael Page International Canada Limited, a well-established General contractor with over 60 years of experience in Ottawa, as a Senior Project Manager - ICI. This exciting opportunity will see you lead high-profile projects across the ICI and residential sectors, leveraging your expertise in project management to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Department to develop project budgets and tenders.
  • Review and approve project invoices, ensuring accurate cost control and financial management.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, and target dates.
  • Manage prime contracts, subcontract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in ICI and residential construction projects, with a strong track record of project management.
  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Certification such as PMP, P.Eng, or equivalent is an asset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong mathematical and financial aptitude, with experience in project financial controls.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
