Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to support our Portfolio Construction & Risk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing quantitative short/hedging strategies, portfolio construction, and risk optimization activities across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor portfolio risk and exposure, providing value-add insights to senior management
  • Develop comprehensive proposals for rebalancing Hedge Overlay portfolios, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines
  • Conduct research and analysis on hedge portfolio construction and optimization using multi-factor model frameworks
  • Partner with traders to execute AE trades and provide analytics on trading strategies and borrow cost optimization
  • Collaborate with Platform Solutions to develop/enhance quantitative tools for portfolio monitoring and advanced analytics
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, mathematics, engineering, economics, finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a hedge fund, asset manager, or similar environment
  • Experience with quantitative equity strategies, systematic portfolio construction/management, and factor investing is an asset
  • Programming skills for quantitative portfolio management activities (Python) is considered an asset
