We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20/hour and a generous paid vacation package of ten (10) days per year.

Our work hours are 40 hours per week, and we are located at Unit 120, 6386 No. 3 Rd, Richmond BC V6Y 0L8.

We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and a safe, clean environment for our furry friends.

Job Duties
  • Consult with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and any health concerns.
  • Wash dogs and cats using appropriate shampoos and conditioners, ensuring they are clean and free of dirt and debris.
  • Trim and shape fur according to pet owner preferences.
  • Clip or grind nails to a safe length, check and clean ears of pets.
  • Groom pets with special needs or medical conditions, requiring additional care and attention.
  • Observe pets for signs of health issues.
  • Clean and disinfect grooming tools, disinfect cages, pens, and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain records of services provided and any observations about the pet's health.
  • Recommend grooming products such as shampoos, conditioners, and brushes for pet owners.
Qualifications

We require completion of secondary school and prefer training courses or college courses in animal handling, grooming, or other animal-related disciplines.

Minimum one year of working experience in pet grooming is required, and we are looking for someone who can work independently or in a team environment.
