About the RoleBromwich+Smith is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their financial recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Counselling: Provide expert financial counselling to clients, helping them to understand and overcome financial challenges.
- Client Support: Meet with clients to assess their needs and provide tools and knowledge to support their financial recovery.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as compliance with ethical and professional requirements.
- People Relationships: Foster a climate of diversity and inclusion, and work collaboratively with a team of dedicated individuals.
- Education: High School or Post Graduate diploma.
- Qualifications: Recognized as a qualified BIA Insolvency Counsellor.
- Experience: Two to three years of experience as an Insolvency Counsellor.
- Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Insolvency software.
