Furniture Manufacturing Gluer

We are seeking a skilled Gluer for our Furniture Manufacturing team at Comptoirs Verte Feuille inc. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate assembly and finishing of furniture components.
- Assemble and glue furniture parts together, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding activities.
- Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to assemble and finish furniture components.
- Work overtime as required to meet production demands.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
- Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processes.
