Royal Canadian Christian School seeks a dedicated and passionate High School Educator to join our team. As an integral part of our educational community, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a love of learning in students, and helping them grow into confident individuals.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a salary of approximately $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, and 30 hours of work per week. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach high school subjects, including English, mathematics, science, and social studies;
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs;
  • Mentor and support students, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their full potential;
  • Participate in staff meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in professional growth activities;
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and student success;
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field;
  • Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities;
