Recooty is a leading logistics company specializing in delivering exceptional shipping and fulfillment services to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Logistics Coordinator.

This fast-paced and dynamic role offers the opportunity to work closely with our clients, carriers, and internal team members to coordinate and optimize the logistics process. From managing shipments to overseeing inventory levels, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for successfully executing logistics strategies and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Manage all supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
  • Oversee transportation and storage of inventories, ensuring their proper handling and management.
  • Create and implement effective logistic procedures, analyzing and improving them as needed.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and development of candidates for the logistics department.
  • C Coordinate and manage the entire logistics department, including team members and external partners.
  • Monitor purchase orders and costs, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Track shipment products, ensuring their proper pick-up and delivery.
  • Handle and resolve inventory and shipment-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and other relevant data.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Complete knowledge of legal rules and regulations.
  • A good understanding of ISO requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and logistic software (ERP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and coordination skills.

**Compensation:** $75,000 - $89,000 per year
