Anderson First Rate Contracting is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our team. As a key member of our millwork department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality residential and commercial millwork components. Your expertise as a joiner/cabinet maker will be essential in assembling parts into finished millwork components, sanding and filing to produce quality finished faces and edges, and installing and adjusting necessary hardware. You will also source materials as needed for specific projects, read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists, and measure jobs for project managers. Additionally, you will operate a variety of woodworking machinery to produce parts from solid wood and sheet goods, clean items and prepare them for shipping, and coordinate with others working on the same project. A valid BC Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract are required. The ability to lift and carefully manipulate objects up to 50 lbs. in weight on a regular basis is also necessary.
