What We're Looking For

  • CPA-CA, CGA, or CMA or lawyer with 1 to 4 years' experience in a tax manager role.
  • Experience in reviewing tax returns for Canadian-controlled private corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Personal and corporate tax planning skills, specifically focused on CCPCs, family trusts, their owners, and families.
  • Excellent drafting skills, problem-solving capabilities, and tax technical skills.
  • Computer proficiency, knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Caseware, TaxPrep, TaxnetPro, or similar tax research software.
  • CICA In-Depth Tax Course or Master of Taxation in progress or completed.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to organize, prepare, and clearly communicate information to clients and team members.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Training of junior team members and ability to collaborate as part of a team.
