Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Blue Arrow Recruitment Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and statistical reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
