Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Horton. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas, as well as restocking supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the food counter by performing tasks such as setting tables, serving food, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
