Job Title: Construction Labourer - Helper

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Labourer - Helper to join our team at Brilliance Homes Balzac Inc. As a Construction Labourer - Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, assisting in framing houses, and directing traffic at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Work Environment:

As a Construction Labourer - Helper, you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment with various locations. You will be required to work in a physically demanding role with repetitive tasks.

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team player with good communication skills
