Langley, Canada ABL Laser & Skincare Full time

We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team at ABL Laser & Skincare. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating stunning hairstyles that enhance our clients' features. Key responsibilities include:

Primary Responsibilities

* Book appointments and maintain a calm and organized work environment

* Shampoo customers' hair and provide a comfortable experience

* Supervise other hair stylists and staff, providing guidance and support as needed

* Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail

* Clean and style wigs and hair pieces, showcasing your creativity and expertise

* Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair to meet the needs of our diverse client base

* Suggest hair styles compatible with clients' physical features and preferences, providing personalized service

* Perform receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries

* Maintain and order supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

* Repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods and using your hands to style hair

* Attention to detail, ensuring that each client leaves our salon feeling confident and satisfied

* Hand-eye coordination, required for tasks such as cutting and styling hair

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
