As a Wildlife Manager, you will be responsible for the rearing of pheasants, maintaining their habitats, and ensuring their well-being. This role requires strong physical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for conservation, a strong sense of discretion, and excellent organizational and planning skills. They will also possess a valid driver's license and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

**Job Description:**

• Rearing pheasants and maintaining their habitats

• Maintaining pheasant fields, feeding and caring for birds in designated areas

• Performing forestry work with chainsaws, preparing and maintaining hunting area sites and trails

• Assisting other departments as required

• Unloading deliveries and patrolling boundary fences

• Responsible for beaters during hunts

• Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

• Professionalism and positive attitude required

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Physical ability to perform tasks

• Ability to work in a team and be independent

• Exemplary discretion and good initiative

• Valid driver's license
