Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced product sales professional to focus on selling rooftop safety solutions in the Ontario region, specifically in the areas of Guelph, Niagara, and Windsor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities in the B2B environment.
  • Utilize consultative selling methods to articulate Skyline Group's competitive advantages and analyze customer business needs to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory.
  • Cultivate relationships and influence decision-makers to drive sales growth and expand market share.
  • Use CRM tools to document sales activities and results, plan, and forecast sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and comply with company standards, procedures, and processes.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling products in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and cold calling.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, regulations, and processes.
  • Ability to analyze customer business needs and achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing with access to a vehicle.

What We Offer

  • Salary with commission: Up to $160,000 per year.
  • Full-time position in the Mississauga office with expected travel of around 30 percent.
  • Dental care, extended health care, RRSP match, and vision care benefits.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
