- We are currently seeking a Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role in our kitchen and food service operations.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Manage the daily activities of our kitchen and food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant.
- Noisy: Our restaurant can be a noisy environment, especially during peak hours.
- Hot: Our kitchen can get hot during meal preparation and service.
