Key Responsibilities- Provide direct trauma-informed healthcare services to clients with complex mental health and substance use challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide education and support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with our interprofessional team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Two years' recent experience providing trauma-informed acute or community health nursing care services to patients with complex mental health and substance use challenges.
- Successful completion of Occupational First Aid II (OFA II) or equivalent.
