Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Hope Mountain Cafe.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of culinary expertise, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

Requirements
  1. Cooking Skills: 1+ year of experience in commercial cooking, with a focus on menu planning, preparation, and presentation.
  2. Inventory Management: Ability to maintain accurate records of food, supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
  3. Cleaning and Sanitation: Adherence to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and work areas.
Work Environment

This is an on-site role, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience.
