As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, supervising staff, and making strategic decisions to meet sales targets. Your expertise in market research, customer service, and team management will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Staff Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locating and selecting products for resale.

Requirements:



  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, team management, and market research skills.
