Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate for the Janitorial Specialist position is a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors to a high standard.
• Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust accumulation.
• Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Make beds and change sheets in client rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable living space.
• Restock linen closets and distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
• Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Handle and report lost and found items to our staff and clients.
• Provide basic information on facilities and services to clients and visitors.
• Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned by management.
• Assist with laundry and linen maintenance to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel regularly to perform tasks at different locations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide a valid ID.

Language and Training:
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to attend training sessions and meetings as required by management.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies as needed.
