Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health Care Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of recent and related leadership experience in management, hospitality, senior living, or health care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to balance operational demands and financial budgets.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional, resident-focused service.
  • Understanding of community care and assisted living facility standards and senior's care.
