We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Rental Coordinator at our Thorold, ON branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process rental requests and escalate issues professionally and effectively.
  • Maintain and document on-site inventories and communicate findings to staff daily.
  • Process new rental contracts daily and coordinate with the service department on rental equipment and service/repair issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be a single point of contact for cycle billing, contract filing, and equipment exchanges.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in the construction equipment rental industry.
  • Self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable with computers and knowledge of Systematic is an asset.
