Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a General Labourer position at our Moncton Metal Recycling Operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment, sorting, picking, processing, and shearing metal pieces, as well as preparing materials for shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Working inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Sorting, picking, processing, and shearing metal pieces
- Preparing materials for shipping
- Operating a tow motor
- Performing other general labour duties as required
Requirements
- Previous recycling experience is considered an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a loud, dusty environment
What We Offer
- Full-time hours with potential overtime, paid after 44 hours
- Shifts run Monday - Saturday
