Executive Director of Trade and Broadcasting Services

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as an Executive Director of Trade and Broadcasting Services at Ecological Park Agriculture Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Lead the coordination of regional, divisional, or departmental work to achieve strategic objectives.
- Establish and communicate organizational objectives, and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
- Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external engagements.
- Manage finances, budget, and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Evaluate financial risk and make informed decisions to mitigate potential threats.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized, analytical, and team-oriented individual.
- Cultural competency and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Permanent work term.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language work environment.
