**Job Description:**

The Aircraft Structures Technician reports directly to the Lead A&P Structures Technician. Key responsibilities include communicating task completion, ensuring a safe work environment, promoting company values, and demonstrating capability and competency in their field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others
  • A&P Certified preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field

Physical Demands:

The employee will be required to occasionally lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and work at heights greater than 10 feet utilizing fall restraint equipment as necessary.
