As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Supervise and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in French (langue de travail: Français).
Working Conditions
  • On-the-road job with regular travel to various locations.
  • 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Gasoline and mileage paid.
