Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at VP Protection Inc. As a key member of our protection services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security equipment and machinery, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including training and scheduling
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure effective team performance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a security or protection services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
