Drive Digital Evolution at Manulife

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our digital guidelines and standards. As the Director, Global Digital Acceleration, you will collaborate with stakeholders to activate these guidelines across the enterprise, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital governance framework, aligning with our Digital Customer Guidelines.
  2. Evolve and refine our digital guidelines and standards to stay ahead of industry trends.
  3. Partner with functional owners to create supporting tools, practices, and training for teams.
  4. Leverage innovative ways of working to drive digital customer leadership goals within the organization.
  5. Govern the ongoing evolution of digital customer guidelines and standards.
  6. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital product management.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in digital product management with a deep understanding of digital engagement.
  2. Extensive knowledge of digital practices and governance.
  3. Product Management certification is desirable.
  4. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
  5. Background in Financial Services/Insurance is a plus.
