The role of Kitchen Operations Manager is a vital position within H&H FAMILY AND FOODS LTD. O/A EDO JAPAN.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to lead our kitchen operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities in the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training them in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Furthermore, you will be required to prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.

About the Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

You should also possess strong communication skills, be able to motivate and inspire your team, and be flexible in your approach.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$45,000 - $55,000 per year***, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
