We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Northside Physiotherapy in Fredericton, NB. As a Physiotherapist with our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and provide exceptional care to our patients.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position with a competitive compensation package, including a signing bonus and relocation assistance. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.

- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick (CPTNB).
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
