Position Overview

Vantage is seeking a skilled Account Specialist to manage relationships with a designated group of clients. As a key member of our team, you will be entrusted with nurturing strong client connections, overseeing accounts, and ensuring the smooth execution of media campaigns. Your primary objective will revolve around delivering exceptional client service, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through consistent and proactive communication, handling tasks that contribute to effective client relationship management, and surpassing expectations with top-tier service and assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client's ad operations team, overseeing campaign execution, management, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Prepare and present reports to clients and/or the Account Management team
  • Collaborate with internal departments like product management, software development, and ad operations to ensure seamless project completion, timely service delivery, and alignment with client needs
  • Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and needs, and actively participate in knowledge sharing initiatives within the Account Management team
  • Solicit feedback from clients regarding their software experience, relay it to the product development team, and contribute suggestions for product enhancements

Requirements

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Aptitude for identifying and prioritizing tasks based on deadlines, importance, and impact on overall business objectives, while juggling multiple responsibilities without compromising quality
  • Keen attention to detail across all tasks to prevent oversights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency
  • Skilled in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for creating client-ready reports and presentations
  • Quick learning aptitude for processes and tools, including proprietary software, to manage campaigns and analyze results
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Preferably, experience in digital media
