Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team at Foreign Express Auto Sales Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our transportation and utilities departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
