Floor Covering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team at Trend Hardwood Floor. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and prepare them for installation by measuring, marking, and cleaning as needed.
- Install Flooring: Measure, cut, and install carpeting and hardwood flooring on floors, ensuring a precise fit and smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintain: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, and maintain equipment and tools to ensure efficient installation.
- Communicate with Clients: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in floor covering installation.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
