We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at BeachHead Inc. in Saint John, New Brunswick.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, with a focus on delivery and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, with a strong emphasis on scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of IT projects, from standard to complex, with a focus on delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Concurrently manage 3-5 multi-faceted projects, ranging from simple to complex in nature.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on IT delivery.
  • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and C-level stakeholders within an organization.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
