Transportation Supervisor

WAIVIN FLAGS TAXI is seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our taxi and bus fleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of passengers while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate: Manage a team of drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely and safe transportation of passengers.
- Dispatch and Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry.
- Certifications: Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
