Job Title: Nurse Aide

Empower People Talent Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Will train or equivalent experience.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

Our Nurse Aide will work in a variety of healthcare settings, including home care, hospitals, and nursing homes. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional patient care and support.
